Led by creative director Ando Pndlian, SEARCH+RESQ is a Los Angeles–based design studio that moves fluidly between disciplines, transforming ideas into meaningful spaces, objects, and experiences.

We partner with clients, architects, designers, artists, and organizations to explore ambitious ideas and discover what they can become. Through creative direction, architectural thinking, material exploration, and fabrication, we guide projects from early concept through realization.

Our work spans environments, installations, public art, furniture, and objects—each shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and the unique story behind the project.
